This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consulting and technology leader to shape the future of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions within a highly innovative and AI-driven environment. In this role, you will work with enterprise clients to design and deliver transformative contract management strategies that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex technology decisions while leading high-impact implementations across multiple industries. - Serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader for enterprise customers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality CLM solutions and exceptional client experiences.
- Lead solution architecture activities across Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, including solution design, implementation oversight, and enterprise integration strategies.
- Partner closely with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities, client presentations, solution demonstrations, and consulting engagements.
- Advise stakeholders on solution trade-offs, business process optimization, and technology decisions while balancing cost, scalability, and operational considerations.
- Drive innovation by developing reusable assets, improving delivery methodologies, and enhancing enterprise solution capabilities.
- Oversee project execution across all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery excellence.
- Contribute to organizational growth by mentoring teams, supporting practice development, and promoting best practices across customer engagements.
- Develop statements of work, participate in contract negotiations, and ensure successful program governance and execution.
- Maintain relevant platform certifications and remain current with emerging CLM technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in customer and company events, with travel requirements of up to 25%.
- 8+ years of implementation experience with leading CLM platforms, including Ironclad, DocuSign CLM/IAM, Salesforce Contracts, or Conga CLM.
- Proven experience serving as a Solution Architect for enterprise CLM implementations.
- 5+ years of experience delivering and selling business solutions across CLM technologies, with expertise in defining delivery approaches for projects of varying complexity and scale.
- Multiple certifications related to DocuSign and/or Ironclad platforms (3+ certifications preferred).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, project delivery frameworks, and the complete software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated expertise in program management, including Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience building and leading project teams while driving successful implementation outcomes.
- Proven ability to create statements of work, review proposals, and negotiate client agreements.
- Strong business acumen, including experience with invoicing, resource utilization, margins, and operational management.
- Background in legal operations, contracting processes, or related business functions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
