Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator provides entry-level administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This role assists in maintaining accurate records, supporting HR processes, completing special projects, and preparing documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance across the department. The position is designed as a developmental role focused on building foundational HR knowledge and supporting internal HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HR projects including system updates, data cleanup, process improvements and employee engagement
- Provide administrative support to HR operations including data entry, file maintenance, and document preparation
- Support I-9 and employment documentation retention requirements
- Maintain and organize team member personnel files in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements
- Assist with tracking HR metrics, reports, and internal spreadsheets
- Support HR audits by gathering and organizing required documentation
- Prepare reports and maintain tracking logs as directed by HR leadership
- Maintain confidentiality of all team member information
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong internal customer service mindset with a focus on delivering responsive, high-quality HR support to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong time management and follow-through
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

The posted range reflects the full pay band for the position. The expected pay range below represents where most candidates are hired, based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Candidates with more extensive or highly relevant experience may be considered toward the higher end of the overall pay band.
- Expected Pay Range: $17.00-$19.33
