Position Summary:
As the Senior Director of Digital Technology Solutions– Enterprise you will lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our corporate technology platforms, with an “Automation & AI first” mindset. You will serves as the primary technology partner to our HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement and other business leaders, driving enterprise-wide automation initiatives that reduce operational overhead, improve data integrity, drive value and accelerate decision-making at scale.
This is a high-impact leadership role which combines deep platform expertise with a relentless automation mindset. This role is a strategic leader as well as a hands-on driver of delivery to create a seamless, streamlined back-office ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive partner to create, own, and execute the enterprise applications technology strategy, including ERP, HRIS, and supporting platforms
- Oversee solution design, project delivery and associated needs to ensure business readiness, compliance and sustained value realization
- Translate business strategy into clear, executable technology priorities
- Lead and manage execution as a hands on player and coach
- Partner with Finance to automate key processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, financial close, expense management, and compliance reporting
- Partner with HR to automate recruiting workflows, onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and workforce analytics
- Partner with operational teams to integrate, automate, streamline and provide data for analytics on opportunities for process optimization
- Champion seamless integrations, relentless automation and business process efficiency in partnership with business process owners and technology peers
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise platforms — architecture, configuration, integrations, upgrades, and vendor management
- Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks (GaaP, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
- Oversee system integrations between HR (Workday), Finance (Oracle), and adjacent platforms (Service Now, Xifin, ERP, other business platforms)
- Drive data quality and governance initiatives that underpin reliable analytics and reporting
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team – internal and external
- Manage relationships with key vendors and system integrators, ensuring contract value and performance accountability with clear value vs cost
- Establish a consistent delivery model including rapid speed to value, change management, and release management
- Serve as a deeply embedded technology partner to enterprise operational business leaders
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience in an Information Technology environment required
- 12+ years’ experience leading ERP/Finance implementations, optimazations and rollouts with 7+ years in a people management role
- Success managing large scale enterprise ecosystems in partnership with senior functional leaders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, results orientation
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to bridge requirements across stakeholders, with a bias for action and results
- Experience with AI/ML integration into enterprise workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, natural language processing for HR/Finance use cases, Claude, Julius, Copilot, SaaS AI capabilities, etc.).
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and enterprise data platforms
- Certifications or experience in relevant platforms (Workday, serviceNow, Oracle, UiPath, etc.)
- 20-50% travel (higher during implementation periods)
The Project / Program Management focus specializes in the engineering and management of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures, etc.). Typically works on multi-disciplinary projects, and requires a broad knowledge of the firm and its functions.This role provides enterprise-level leadership, exercising executive judgment to drive company-wide results and overall organizational performance.
