- Coordinate and support the delivery of programs and projects, ensuring activities are completed on time and aligned with defined objectives.
- Manage intake processes, including enquiries, applications, eligibility checks, and ongoing tracking of engagements.
- Organize workshops, meetings, panels, and evaluation sessions, including logistics, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and CRM systems to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and reliable reporting.
- Monitor project milestones, actions, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where required.
- Support ideation, planning, piloting, and scaling of initiatives within structured program frameworks.
- Prepare reporting materials, collate feedback, and contribute to continuous program improvement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Experience in project coordination, program support, or similar administrative/project delivery roles in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements and ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
