- Monitor and follow up on project activities, milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and action plans to ensure successful execution.
- Support the documentation of processes, meeting notes, project agreements, risks, incidents, and status updates.
- Participate in meetings with business users and technical teams to understand operational requirements, planning processes, and project progress.
- Analyze data and information related to supply and demand planning activities to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Use Excel extensively to organize, clean, analyze, and present project information, including the use of pivot tables, filters, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate and track functional testing activities, user validations, issue resolution, and supporting evidence for project deliverables.
- Review Oracle Supply Chain Planning outputs, validate process results, and identify potential deviations or risks.
- Communicate project blockers, issues, and risks proactively while ensuring visibility and alignment across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and international teams, including basic written communication in English when required.
- Contribute proactively to project organization, anticipating needs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project coordination, ERP, SCM, supply chain, logistics, or technology-related environments.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Planning, particularly within Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules.
- Understanding of key supply chain planning processes such as forecasting, supply balancing, exception analysis, planning cycles, and recommendation reviews.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data organization, filtering, reporting, and information analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up and project tracking capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify and communicate risks or deviations effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document information clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Proactive attitude, autonomy, stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
- Basic to intermediate written English skills, including the ability to read emails, understand instructions, and communicate with international teams when needed.
- Previous experience supporting Oracle SCM implementations, enhancements, support, or stabilization projects is considered a strong advantage.
