Lobby Ambassador - Hotel in Mandau Talawang at Nadi Talent Group

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented Lobby Ambassadors to join a high-standard hotel operation.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering refined service, understand 5-star standards, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

• Serve as the first point of contact in the lobby, welcoming guests with a warm, polished, and professional presence.

• Assist guests with directions, basic inquiries, and guidance within the hotel and its facilities.

• Proactively engage with guests to anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.

• Support smooth guest flow in the lobby, including managing queues and peak arrival times.

• Liaise with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Guest Relations to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Monitor lobby conditions to maintain cleanliness, order, and a refined guest experience.

• Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues to the appropriate department when required.

• Uphold the hotels luxury service standards, grooming, and brand image at all times.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a guest-facing role within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, welcoming presence.

• Professional appearance with a strong luxury service mindset.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills even under pressure.
