Senior Product Designer in India at Jobgether

This role offers the opportunity to shape intuitive, high-impact digital experiences for large-scale fleet and operations management platforms used by thousands of businesses globally. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, translating complex real-world workflows into simple, elegant, and scalable design solutions. The position involves owning end-to-end product design, from early discovery and research through to final execution and iteration in production. You will play a key role in defining user journeys, improving usability, and evolving design systems that ensure consistency across multiple products and touchpoints. This is a highly collaborative environment where design decisions directly influence operational efficiency, safety, and productivity for customers across diverse industries. The role also requires strong storytelling, cross-functional alignment, and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences in fast-moving product teams.

• Lead end-to-end product design for complex web and mobile experiences across fleet and operations management products
• Conduct user research and analyze data to understand customer needs, pain points, and business opportunities
• Define and document user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to define and prioritize core use cases
• Own design problems from discovery through execution, ensuring quality and consistency across all stages
• Build alignment across stakeholders through clear storytelling, presentations, and design rationale
• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure scalable and consistent product experiences
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation and conduct design QA
• Measure, iterate, and improve designs based on user feedback and product performance data
• Mentor other designers and contribute to strengthening the overall design culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional product design initiatives for web and/or mobile platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and end-to-end problem solving
• Experience working with or building scalable design systems and frameworks
• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Strong skills in prototyping, interaction design, and visual design craftsmanship
• Excellent communication skills, including storytelling and presentation abilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and high-growth product environments
• Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders
• A curious mindset with a strong drive for user-centric innovation and continuous improvement
