Senior AI Technical Consultant in New York City, New York at INFO ORIGIN INC

Job Description:

We’re seeking a Senior AI Technical Consultant to help US enterprise clients design and deliver AI & Generative AI solutions that drive measurable customer experience (CX) outcomes. This is a highly customer-facing role combining technical leadership, solution architecture, and executive engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client discovery, design workshops, and executive discussions
• Architect and guide delivery of GenAI solutions (RAG, agentic AI, conversational AI, workflow automation)
• Translate business problems into AI use cases with clear ROI and CX metrics
• Ensure enterprise standards for security, governance, and compliance
• Support pre-sales, demos, and PoCs

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in consulting or solution architecture
• 4–6+ years with AI/GenAI
• Strong US client-facing experience
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, data platforms
