POSITION SUMMARY
Business Development Project Manager will drive growth initiatives, manage client focused projects, and lead projects from planning stage to completion. Utilizes project management experience with business development strategies to ensure execution of sales initiatives and cross functional projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and support new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate proposals, presentations and client onboarding activities.
- Plan, execute and monitor business development projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring goals are met within allocated budget and timeframe.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans, as necessary.
- Conduct regular status meetings with cross-functional teams, provide progress, performance, and status update reports.
- Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or management.
- Monitor costs incurred by project team to identify budget issues.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and leadership to project team.
- May monitor performance of project team to provide performance feedback.
- Create project documentation and ensure project documents are archived and maintained.
- Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand, and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals, and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or related field.
- 3 plus years project management or related experience, or equivalent of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management processes preferred.
- Ability understand and follow standard operating and safety procedures.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of work environment and actively listen to feedback.
- Read and comprehend verbal and written instructions.

Pay Rate: The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience with the industry, education, geographic location, etc.
