- Act as the primary strategic operations partner to regional field marketing leadership, providing guidance on budgeting, pipeline forecasting, reporting, and operational performance.
- Lead the development and optimization of marketing performance measurement frameworks, including campaign ROI analysis, funnel health monitoring, KPI forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
- Design, build, and enhance AI-driven and agentic decision-making capabilities to improve targeting, budget allocation, personalization strategies, and pipeline conversion efficiency.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements across campaign execution, reporting workflows, and lead management processes while promoting scalable best practices across regions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations, analytics, channel marketing, data science, and other GTM stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and reporting consistency.
- Support quarterly business reviews, investment planning, budget reallocations, and ROI evaluations to ensure marketing spend aligns with business objectives.
- Own the annual marketing planning cycle, including pipeline target creation, scenario modeling, organizational planning, and alignment with revenue and capacity goals.
- Deliver enablement sessions and operational training to marketing teams on new tools, reporting methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, GTM strategy, or related functions within SaaS or consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of AMER go-to-market dynamics, including experience working across the United States, Canada, and LATAM regions.
- Proven experience building and scaling AI agents, automation solutions, or AI-enabled operational workflows within marketing or business operations environments.
- Expertise in pipeline modeling, attribution frameworks, forecasting, funnel analytics, CAC, CLV/LTV, ROI measurement, and executive-level data storytelling.
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, and attribution tools such as Marketo Measure or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
- Additional experience with tools such as LeanData, 6sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Monday.com, Confluence, or GTM engineering platforms is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to lead complex cross-functional initiatives successfully.

- Compensation ranges vary by geographic location within the United States, with total target compensation ranging approximately from $102,700 to $263,000 USD depending on region and experience.
