This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a globally connected and forward-thinking environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Act as the primary strategic operations partner to regional field marketing leadership, providing guidance on budgeting, pipeline forecasting, reporting, and operational performance.
  • Lead the development and optimization of marketing performance measurement frameworks, including campaign ROI analysis, funnel health monitoring, KPI forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
  • Design, build, and enhance AI-driven and agentic decision-making capabilities to improve targeting, budget allocation, personalization strategies, and pipeline conversion efficiency.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements across campaign execution, reporting workflows, and lead management processes while promoting scalable best practices across regions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations, analytics, channel marketing, data science, and other GTM stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and reporting consistency.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, investment planning, budget reallocations, and ROI evaluations to ensure marketing spend aligns with business objectives.
  • Own the annual marketing planning cycle, including pipeline target creation, scenario modeling, organizational planning, and alignment with revenue and capacity goals.
  • Deliver enablement sessions and operational training to marketing teams on new tools, reporting methodologies, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, GTM strategy, or related functions within SaaS or consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of AMER go-to-market dynamics, including experience working across the United States, Canada, and LATAM regions.
  • Proven experience building and scaling AI agents, automation solutions, or AI-enabled operational workflows within marketing or business operations environments.
  • Expertise in pipeline modeling, attribution frameworks, forecasting, funnel analytics, CAC, CLV/LTV, ROI measurement, and executive-level data storytelling.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, and attribution tools such as Marketo Measure or Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
  • Additional experience with tools such as LeanData, 6sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Monday.com, Confluence, or GTM engineering platforms is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to lead complex cross-functional initiatives successfully.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Flexible remote work environment within the United States.
  • Unlimited paid time off policy plus paid holidays and additional wellness days.
  • Paid parental leave for all parents, including extended leave for birthing parents.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting from day one.
  • Mental health resources, therapy support, and wellness programs through employee assistance initiatives.
