Customer Service Relationship Manager
Space City Toyota | 19011 US-59, Humble, TX 77338 | Full-Time
Pay: $48,000 to $60,000 per year
Space City Toyota is growing month over month, without exception, and we are looking for a Customer Service Relationship Manager who is ready to grow with us. This is not a back-office role. You will be a visible force inside one of the most exciting dealerships in the greater Houston area, connecting our customers' voices directly to the leadership team and driving the kind of culture that keeps people coming back.
This position reports directly to the General Manager and is ideal for someone who understands that social media, online reputation, and genuine human connection are not just marketing tools. They are the backbone of a thriving dealership. You will have the power to influence positive change across every department at Space City Toyota.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the dealership's online reputation across Google, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Yelp, and BBB, ensuring our brand shows up the way we want it to.
- Respond to customer concerns with empathy and urgency and work alongside management to identify and address trends before they become patterns.
- Manage Toyota CXI survey responses, reviews, and alerts, translating customer feedback into actionable intelligence for department leaders.
- Hold management accountable for their department's public reputation and customer-facing processes.
- Lead monthly Round Tables to surface process breakdowns and celebrate wins, keeping the entire team aligned on the customer experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Experience Center responses.
- Create and manage social content that tells the Space City Toyota story authentically, including promotions, community involvement, and team culture.
- Champion community outreach efforts that Space City Toyota proudly supports, deepening our ties to the Humble and greater Houston community.
- Coach and train employees on customer experience standards, conflict resolution, and communication best practices.
Requirements:WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Automotive experience required; Toyota experience strongly preferred.
- Strong social media expertise. You know these platforms, you use them well, and you understand what drives engagement and trust.
- Outstanding communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal. You can de-escalate a frustrated customer and motivate a department manager in the same afternoon.
- Proven ability to lead meetings, facilitate productive conversations, and build consensus across departments.
- Sharp conflict resolution instincts. You see both sides, act quickly, and leave everyone feeling heard.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and building clear, actionable reports.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed. You manage your own workload and bring solutions, not just problems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a meaningful plus in our market.
- Strong leadership presence. People respect you, follow your lead, and feel better about their work after talking with you.

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
- Full-time, in-person at Space City Toyota - 19011 US-59, Humble, TX 77338
- Saturdays required with Sunday and a weekday off
