We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Account Representative at our Wichita office. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs, and helping consumers resolve account balances while representing our clients with professionalism and care.

Interviews Begin: June 06, 2026

New Hire Training Class Begins: July 20, 2026

Responsibilities may change at the discretion of management based on business needs.

· Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily

· Be responsible for accounts worked

· Obtain location information when needed

· Adhering to FDCPA, HIPAA and all other Federal/State regulations as well as company procedures and policies

Qualifications

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective problem-solving abilities

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· Bilingual(Spanish) a Plus!

· Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (required)
