Job Description
Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Paychex Test Client
Job Summary:
Paychex Test Client is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing client and employee schedules, optimizing appointments, and ensuring efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in scheduling or administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily schedules for clients and employees to ensure optimal use of resources.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate changes and priorities.
Communicate with clients, employees, and stakeholders to confirm schedules and resolve conflicts.
Maintain accurate records of schedules, appointments, and other relevant data.
Utilize scheduling software and tools to streamline and optimize the scheduling process.
Prepare reports and provide insights into scheduling efficiencies and potential improvements.
Collaborate with department managers to align schedules with operational needs and priorities.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting overall team efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or additional certification in administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in scheduling, administrative, or coordination roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle competing priorities and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
This position is primarily office-based with standard working hours.
Occasional flexibility regarding work hours may be required to accommodate scheduling needs.
