About the role

MODLOGIQ is seeking an experienced and motivated Carpentry Foreman to oversee daily field construction activities, supervise carpentry crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Carpenter Foreman is responsible for coordinating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors while maintaining productivity, workmanship, and compliance with company safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead the for the in-house Carpentry crew to ensure on-schedule, high-quality work
• Demonstrate the ability to read plans, manage schedules, and lead crews in a fast-paced construction environment
• Exhibit elite carpentry skills, a professional attitude, and a strong work ethic as a standard for the crew

• Participate in MOC development and attend daily/weekly schedule and safety meetings
• Maintain open lines between the crew and management; submit Construction Daily reports every evening
• Act as the primary level of quality control by ensuring that all work aligns to blueprints and specifications
• Authorized to stop any unsafe work immediately
• Assign team tasks, monitor performance, and mentor lower-level carpenters to help them achieve/maintain skills and certifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a commercial carpentry role with previous supervisory experience
• High School diploma required (with strong math/geometry skills); Technical school or College preferred
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods and carpentry practices
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
