Lifecycle Acquisition Analyst (Commercial GEOINT Lead) – Senior (SCP) in Springfield, Virginia at PROCLEARED LLC

As a senior GEOINT professional, this individual serves as the connective tissue between the evolving commercial GEOINT industry and National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) mission owners. This role is responsible for leading the acquisition of new or emerging commercial GEOINT solutions by leveraging deep knowledge of commercial capabilities to identify opportunities, develop acquisition strategies, and manage the entire lifecycle to satisfy NSG mission needs. Work at this level involves a wide range of complex assignments and non-routine situations that require extensive knowledge in the specialty discipline.

Duties May Include:

· Leading, managing, and coordinating the full acquisition lifecycle for commercial data, products, and services, from initial requirement to final delivery.

· Engaging directly with mission owners to document requirements and collaborating across offices to support the development of SOWs, IGCEs, and Market Research documents.

· Serving as a project manager by establishing milestones, managing the cost, schedule, and financial performance, and reporting status on all acquisition activities.

· Coordinating with Business Executives to secure funding, leading technical evaluations of contractor proposals, and ensuring a positive return on investment.

· Serving as a subject matter expert on commercial capabilities, advocating for commercial GEOINT equities, and proactively engaging with NSG partners to provide education and build partnerships.

Required Skills:

· TS/SCI with at least 10 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, compliant with GSA standards.

· GEOINT mission experience to facilitate effective understanding of operational GEOINT mission needs and priorities, and constructive stakeholder engagements

· Demonstrated background and skill in customer engagement including strong interpersonal skills, meaningful relationship/network building, and proactive identification and engagement on issues

· Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written and oral including presentations to senior leadership

· Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of requests and information and multi-tasking

· Demonstrated ability to assess customer workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements

· Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and measure project outcomes and identify return on investment

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision

Desired Skills:

· Demonstrated experience defining, coordination, and/or prioritizing operational mission requirements (e.g. collection, foundation, and/or analytic)

· Knowledge of Commercial GEOINT capabilities, processes, and/or resources

· Knowledge of acquisition processes and procedures

· Experience in documenting process workflows (e.g. standard operating procedures)

· Experience working with IC, DoD, and/or Federal organizations and knowledge of respective missions.

· Familiar with NGA organization and agency processes and procedures

· Ability to adapt to changing requirements and management directives.

· Experience using MS Office software tools such as MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
