This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Scrum Master based in Brazil.

This is a senior Agile delivery role supporting development squads as they adopt and operate within the SAFe framework. You’ll facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and help teams maintain effective and predictable workflows. The role involves close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to keep backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned with business priorities. You’ll work across both business and technical audiences, helping create transparency and strong communication throughout delivery. The position also emphasizes continuous improvement, Agile coaching, and the practical adoption of AI tools in everyday workflows. It is well suited to an experienced Scrum Master who can operate independently in complex, international, high-performance environments.

• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team members and delivery, helping teams develop and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and aligned with delivery objectives.
• Support the implementation and adoption of the SAFe framework across development squads and contribute to consistent Agile ways of working.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on their processes, identify opportunities, and implement practical improvements.
• Monitor team progress and performance using relevant Agile metrics, reporting, and delivery indicators.
• Coach, train, and mentor teams in Scrum, Kanban, Agile practices, and effective delivery behaviors.
• Manage and support roadmaps and delivery plans in environments with high stakeholder visibility.
• Act as a bridge between development teams, Product Owners, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Build productive relationships with stakeholders across business and technical functions and facilitate conversations around delivery, priorities, and challenges.
• Contribute to a healthy, collaborative, and productive team environment.
• Encourage the effective use of AI tools and identify opportunities to incorporate AI into team workflows and delivery practices.

• Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master, with the ability to operate independently from day one.
• Strong experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies, particularly within complex environments involving multiple workstreams.
• Experience supporting Agile transformations or framework adoption, including exposure to SAFe.
• Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps and delivery plans with significant stakeholder visibility.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to establish alignment and maintain delivery momentum.
• Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to build rapport, facilitate discussions, and navigate challenging conversations constructively.
• Experience working with international contracts and high-performance Agile teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership of team facilitation and delivery outcomes.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI adoption, including regular use of AI tools and an ability to identify opportunities to incorporate them into professional workflows.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on developing Agile maturity within teams.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
