Requirements:

  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy and timeliness when managing member orders and resolving operational issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify practical solutions, and resolve member concerns efficiently.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications.
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for service and execution.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in evolving environments, with a willingness to adjust to changing priorities, new clients, new processes, and improved ways of working.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and explain solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
Benefits:
  • Base salary of $55,000–$60,000 per year, plus a $5,000 annual bonus.
  • Fully remote, remote-first work environment with flexibility in work location.
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO).
