U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Legal Document Specialist to join our legal services team in Woodland Hills, California. This onsite role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage records efficiently. 📍 Location: Remote

🕒 Schedule: Open - Friday - Wednesay | 1:00PM - 10:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Problem-solving and Critical Thinking: Tackle challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Proofreading and Data Comparison: Meticulously compare information in transcripts with multiple data points to ensure accuracy.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all documents, entries, and legal paperwork.
• File Management: Archive and distribute files accurately.
• Order Fulfillment: Review system information and provided resources to accurately fulfill orders.
• Research and Language Skills: Utilize strong research and language skills to maintain high standards.
• Computer and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate excellent computer proficiency and time management abilities.
• Compliance and Confidentiality: Maintain knowledge of processing standards and policies, diligently adhering to them, and protecting client and organizational information by maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of relevant work experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion
