Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm
Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:
Working as Part-time Custom Logo, you will be tasked with a variety of jobs to support our custom logo operations within our Industrial Services division. Fastenal's Custom Logo department was created to support the individual branding needs for Fastenal's customers on products such as hard hats, safety vests and safety glasses. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Managing inventory, packing orders and shipping orders
o Inspecting product for quality and accuracy
o Maintain the cleanliness/organization of work area
o Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or older
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Prior experience in the custom printing industry or graphic design

Fastenal offers a 401(k) with an employer contribution.

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $15/hr -30/hr. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
