Life Line Emergency Vehicles is seeking a creative, driven, and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to help support the continued growth of one of the industry's leading ambulance manufacturers.
Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, dealer engagement, and business growth. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and department leadership, this role transforms strategic objectives into effective marketing campaigns, content, and communications. As the department’s primary execution resource, the Marketing Specialist will lead the development of digital marketing content, audience engagement initiatives, and brand storytelling efforts.
This hands-on role is ideal for a creative and results-driven marketer who enjoys creating compelling content, growing digital audiences, and turning marketing ideas into measurable outcomes.The successful candidate will help strengthen brand awareness, support dealer relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall growth through innovative and effective marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create written, visual, photographic, and video content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, dealer communications, and promotional initiatives.
- Execute digital marketing initiatives including social media management, website content administration, SEO implementation, and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze marketing and campaign performance data and provide recommendations to improve engagement, website traffic, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Support email marketing, CRM initiatives, dealer communications, and marketing reporting efforts.
- Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns from concept through execution while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, dealers, vendors, and external partners to support marketing objectives.
- Assist with trade shows, events, and dealer meeting planning and execution.
- Contribute ideas, recommendations, and creative solutions that help improve marketing effectiveness and audience engagement.
Required Competencies
- Progressive marketing experience demonstrates campaign execution, content development, and measurable marketing results.
- Experience with content creation, social media management, digital marketing, and performance analytics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, photography, videography, and modern content creation tools.
- Strong written communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing initiatives from broad strategic objectives while collaborating with leadership and incorporating feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrates creativity, initiative, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm for content creation, audience engagement, and continuous learning.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience demonstrating successful campaign execution, content development, audience engagement, and measurable marketing results.
Preferred Experience
- Progressive marketing experience demonstrates campaign execution, content development, and successful execution of marketing initiatives resulting in measurable outcomes.
- Experience with content creation, social media management, digital marketing, and performance analytics
- Experience with photography, video production, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or technical marketing experience preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of computer and screen use.
- Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds for trade shows, events, marketing materials, and promotional activities.
- Primarily office-based work environment with regular collaboration across departments.
- Periodic exposure to manufacturing and production environments.
- Occasional travel may be required based on trade shows, dealer, customer, and event schedules.
Contingencies of Employment
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and physical examination
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, if applicable to the position
