We're looking for someone to join our team as a FACILITIES TECHNICIAN I who:
The Facilities Technician position is responsible for the daily repairs and maintenance required at Clinica Sierra Vista Facilities.
Essential Functions:
- Performs daily repairs and maintenance at Clinica Sierra Vista Facilities (Painting, light fixture replacement, etc.)Completes all Worxhub requests in a timely manner.Performs minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and other repairs as needed. Installs medical equipment as needed. Assist and perform CSV facilities moves as required Performs preventative and ADHOC facility maintenance as required. Ensures meeting rooms are arranged as needed with tables and chairs.Responds to after-hours clinic emergencies as needed.Consistent in-person attendance according to set schedule.Ensure tasks are completed using assigned CSV provided devices.Other duties as assigned.
You'll be successful with the following qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or other equivalent experience will be considered.Minor electrical, plumbing, painting and trouble shooting skills preferable.Ability to manage and communicate details promptly and accurately.Knowledge and understanding of the mission and role of Clinica Sierra Vista.
