Job Summary:
The Behavioral Management Specialist is responsible providing direct services to those individuals on their case load. In addition, behavior management specialist is responsible for referring clients to appropriate services.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure without losing sight of objectives.
- Must be able to work as a team and communicate effectively with others.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older per Program Regulations
- High school diploma or G.E.D and one or more of the following: (a) Two years’ experience working with clients and adolescents with severe psychological/ emotional disturbances/neurobiological disorders; or (b) Two years of post-secondary education in a human service related field; or (c) A minimum of 40 hours of documented training (20 hours of pre-service training + 20 hours additional training within 90 days)
