Events Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Events Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to own and scale a comprehensive events marketing strategy within a fast-growing technology environment.
The Events Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of impactful events designed to increase brand awareness and generate measurable business growth.
You will manage the full event lifecycle, from strategy and vendor coordination to onsite execution and performance analysis.
The position combines creativity, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to deliver memorable experiences for customers, partners, and prospects.
You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to maximize event impact and strengthen customer engagement.

Accountabilities:

The Events Marketing Manager will own the development and execution of event programs that support business growth objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams while managing multiple priorities.

  • Develop and execute an event marketing strategy covering tradeshows, conferences, industry events, experiential activations, and virtual experiences.
  • Build and manage an annual events roadmap by identifying opportunities that align with growth goals and customer engagement strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end event planning, including logistics, vendor management, registrations, travel coordination, booth activations, promotional campaigns, and onsite operations.
  • Create integrated pre-event, onsite, and post-event engagement strategies to increase attendance, lead generation, meetings, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to establish event goals, improve conversion strategies, and maximize revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate attribution, campaign tracking, lead management, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Analyze event results and provide insights on pipeline generation, ROI, opportunity creation, and future investment decisions.
  • Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships while maintaining financial discipline and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the organization onsite at events, handling challenges professionally and ensuring exceptional experiences for attendees, customers, and internal teams.
  • Develop scalable event processes, playbooks, and best practices to support continued program growth.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience managing B2B events, field marketing programs, or demand generation initiatives with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.

  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or a related marketing function within B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or similar industries.
  • Proven experience managing events that generate measurable pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience partnering with Sales, Marketing Operations, executives, and creative teams.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, make decisions quickly, and resolve unexpected challenges during high-visibility events.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation platforms, event technology, and reporting tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate event performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the year to support event execution.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to managing responsibilities.
