About the RoleWe're looking for reliable, professional, and service-oriented Bilingual Medical Receptionists to join a growing remote healthcare support team.
In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, managing communications, coordinating appointments, verifying insurance information, and supporting the daily administrative operations of U.S.-based medical practices. You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.

What You'll DoPatient Communication• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and patient messages.
• Professionally assist patients, providers, and healthcare staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Appointment Coordination• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Coordinate provider calendars and daily schedules.
• Assist patients with appointment-related questions and follow-up communications.
Healthcare Administration• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain and update patient demographics within EMR/EHR systems.
• Keep patient records accurate and organized.
• Support daily administrative workflows for healthcare providers.
Office Support• Maintain reports, databases, and administrative documentation.
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative responsibilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure efficient office operations.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications• At least 1 year of experience supporting U.S. healthcare accounts through a medical practice, BPO, CPO, or freelance healthcare environment.
• Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Neutral or minimal English accent with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
• Experience with insurance eligibility verification.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable interacting directly with patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications• Degree or coursework in an Allied Health field.
• Experience supporting U.S. physicians or medical practices.
• Experience with patient scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards.
• Experience working remotely in a healthcare support role.
