This role is part of Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering (ACE), supporting Blue Origin’s mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. The team fosters innovation and drives engineering workflows of the future, shared solutions and standards, simplicity and lower costs, and manufacturable design.As a Senior Systems Engineer for Integration and Test, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and rigorous testing of our complex systems. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and resolving system-level issues, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This role requires a strong background in systems engineering, a passion for hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and facilitate build and test in agile development environment, including planning, execution, and retrospectives, to drive test and integration engineering tasks to completion.
- Develop and execute system-level integration and test plans for complex engineering systems.
- Define test requirements, and success criteria, and create detailed test procedures.
- Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and automated test environments.
- Conduct integration and test activities on both hardware and software components.
- Analyze test data, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot system-level issues.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure that system requirements are testable and verifiable.
- Document test results, create test reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in best practices for integration and testing.
- Drive continuous improvement in our integration and test processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 8 to10 years of experience in a systems engineering role.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing complex Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Experience working within an agile development framework.
- SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Experience leading agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Direct experience with the integration of customer payloads or cargo.
Base Pay Range for:
CO applicants is $133,500.00 - $186,898.95Other site ranges may differ

Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
