You know how to lead a high-trust conversation. You ask thoughtful questions, uncover what really matters, make a clear recommendation, and confidently ask for the business. Polaris Estate Planning & Elder Law is looking for an accomplished consultative sales professional to meet with prospective clients and help them move forward with estate planning and elder law services.
This is not a cold-calling position.
Prospective clients come to us because they already recognize that their family may need help. Your responsibility is to understand their concerns, identify the right solution, communicate its value, and help them make a confident decision.

The Opportunity
As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will lead scheduled consultations with individuals and families who are considering hiring our firm. You will explore their family circumstances, goals, concerns, and potential risks. Working within our proven consultation process, you will then recommend the appropriate planning solution and ask the prospective client to move forward.
You are not selling legal documents. You are helping families protect the people they love, preserve what they have built, and avoid leaving a preventable mess behind. Success in this position requires empathy—but it also requires confidence, discipline, and the ability to close.

Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 base salary
- Performance-based incentive compensation
- Expected total compensation of approximately $100,000–$125,000 for successful performers
- Top performers have the opportunity to earn $150,000 or more

Compensation:$100,000 – $150,000+ expected yearly total compensation
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do
- Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective estate planning and elder law clients.
- Establish trust quickly and lead organized, purposeful conversations.
- Ask thoughtful questions that uncover the client’s concerns, motivations, and decision-making priorities.
- Recommend appropriate planning solutions based on each family’s circumstances.
- Clearly communicate the value of the firm’s services.
- Confidently ask prospective clients to hire the firm when the solution is a good fit.
- Present fees and payment options professionally and directly.
- Maintain consistent, disciplined follow-up with prospects who do not make an immediate decision.
- Accurately track consultations, opportunities, follow-up activity, and results in the firm’s CRM.
- Build relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, healthcare professionals, and other referral partners throughout the St. Louis region.
- Collaborate with attorneys, intake, client services, and operations to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Participate in coaching, role-play, performance reviews, and continuous sales improvement.
Qualifications:

Legal experience is not required.
We can teach you about estate planning and elder law. We cannot teach personal drive, emotional intelligence, follow-through, or the willingness to confidently ask for the business.
