Position Overview

RSM Honda is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Automotive Product Specialist to join our team. This full-time, hourly position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new technology, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

As a Product Specialist, you will assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase and delivery process by demonstrating Honda vehicles, conducting test drives, explaining features and technology, and ensuring every customer leaves confident and excited about their new Honda.

No previous automotive experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Honda models, trims, technology, and safety features.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and customer test drives.
• Deliver sold vehicles and provide customers with a comprehensive orientation of vehicle features and operation.
• Assist customers with Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, navigation, and other vehicle technology features.
• Support the Sales team throughout the customer purchase and delivery process.
• Maintain accurate customer information, communication, and follow-up activities in the dealership CRM.
• Ensure customers leave with a complete understanding of their new vehicle while providing exceptional ownership experience.
