As a Customer Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in helping organizations unlock the full value of a powerful learning analytics platform through seamless technical implementations and data-driven solutions. This customer-facing position combines software engineering, data integration, consulting, and technical support to deliver exceptional client experiences. You'll collaborate closely with customers to connect systems, build data pipelines, automate workflows, and create meaningful reporting solutions that drive business decisions. Working in a fully remote environment, you'll partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while contributing to continuous product improvements. - Lead customer implementation projects by configuring the platform to align with each organization's technical and business requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, API integrations, and automated workflows to support reliable data exchange.
- Analyze complex datasets and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable business insights.
- Advise customers on implementation best practices, learning data strategies, and platform optimization.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve issues and improve product capabilities.
- Develop automation processes and CI/CD workflows to increase operational efficiency and streamline deployments.
- Deliver client training sessions and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to expand platform adoption and long-term success.
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, including Python, REST APIs, data integration, and automation.
- 3+ years of experience implementing SaaS platforms or delivering customer-facing technical consulting services.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining data pipelines, system integrations, and API-based solutions.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, MySQL, Python, and Java.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and automation best practices.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience with learning technologies, xAPI, SCORM, or JSON is considered a plus.
