The role focuses on designing, executing, and improving software quality processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and efficient product delivery.

• Develop, maintain, and execute software test plans for shared platform capabilities.
• Create, enhance, and maintain automated tests, scripts, and testing programs to improve functionality validation, stability, and regression coverage.
• Perform manual testing when automation is not available and identify opportunities to improve test coverage.
• Analyze software issues through automated and manual testing approaches, collaborating with engineering teams to drive resolutions.
• Investigate defects, document clear reproduction steps, and support assessments of risk, severity, and customer impact.
• Participate in pull requests, technical discussions, design reviews, and engineering processes with a quality-focused perspective.
• Collaborate with Product Management, development teams, and QA professionals to increase release confidence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on testing practices, automation strategies, and quality processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong software quality experience, analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to help build reliable and scalable software solutions.

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, Test Automation, or Software Development.
• Experience with test automation, testing frameworks, and software quality best practices.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar programming technologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with UI, API, integration, performance, regression, and security testing is desirable.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Experience improving test strategies, release readiness processes, and quality standards is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development lifecycle practices is a plus.
