What You'll Do
- Foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for infants and toddlers

- Provide children with a well-rounded and developmentally appropriate educational experience
- Support each child’s growth through intentional interactions, care, and guidance
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, including coursework in Human Growth and Development, Lifespan Development, or related studies
- 1–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred
- Comfortable caring for infants and toddlers
- Early Childhood Education Level 3 certification completed or willingness to obtain after hire
- Infant Toddler Level 2 certification completed or willingness to obtain after hire
