This is a high-impact commercial leadership role focused on driving new business growth and expanding strategic client relationships within the healthcare provider space. The role combines enterprise sales leadership with deep engagement across revenue cycle stakeholders, helping hospitals and health systems improve financial performance and patient experience. You will be responsible for building and executing regional sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and growing existing accounts in a highly competitive market. Working closely with business development teams, you will shape and accelerate a strong pipeline while influencing decision-makers at VP and executive levels. This position requires a consultative, data-driven sales leader who thrives in complex healthcare environments. It offers significant autonomy, strong visibility, and the opportunity to directly impact revenue growth and organizational success.
- Develop and execute regional commercial strategies aligned with organizational revenue goals, focusing on new client acquisition and account expansion.
- Drive full-cycle sales activities across assigned territories, including prospecting, pipeline development, deal structuring, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior healthcare executives, including VP and Director-level stakeholders in provider organizations.
- Collaborate with business development and lead generation teams to build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.
- Document sales activity, pipeline progression, and performance metrics using Salesforce and related tools.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts while actively pursuing net-new business opportunities.
- Navigate complex healthcare organizations and influence multiple stakeholders to advance deals and strategic initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate personal and team performance to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Proven track record in healthcare sales, specifically within revenue cycle, financial services, patient accounting, or HIM solutions targeting provider organizations.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or revenue cycle consulting within acute care environments.
- Demonstrated success selling to or partnering with healthcare executives at VP and Director levels.
- Strong ability to operate in a team-based, consultative enterprise sales environment focused on complex solution selling.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong command of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to develop, manage, and forecast a robust sales pipeline with accuracy and discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across senior stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required.

- Competitive compensation structure including base salary and performance-based incentives.
- Estimated total on-target earnings ranging from approximately $325,000 to $450,000.
