This role is ideal for an experienced travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment managing complex domestic and international itineraries. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, ensuring cost efficiency, policy compliance, and exceptional client satisfaction. Working remotely within a defined U.S. territory, you will support business travelers by booking flights, hotels, and car rentals while leveraging GDS tools to optimize travel solutions. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You will play a key role in promoting preferred travel programs and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. This is a highly dynamic role where accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism directly impact customer experience and operational success.
- Manage domestic and international travel bookings, including air, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and alignment with client travel policies.
- Utilize Sabre GDS and other systems to create itineraries, process reservations, and respond to fare and rate requests.
- Monitor queues and manage booking workflows to ensure timely updates, ticketing, and completion of travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update client profiles, including preferences, loyalty programs, and special travel requirements.
- Promote preferred suppliers, negotiated fares, and corporate travel programs to optimize savings and compliance.
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and email while meeting productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets.
- Stay current on airline rules, travel regulations, and industry updates to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a travel consultant within the last 6 years.
- At least 1–2 years of international travel booking experience.
- Proven experience in corporate travel environments with strong proficiency in Sabre GDS.
- Solid understanding of domestic and international fares, ticketing processes, and airline rules.
- Strong customer service, communication, and telephone handling skills in a professional environment.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and changing priorities effectively.
- Strong research, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must reside within the eligible U.S. states/territories designated for remote work.

- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, up to approximately $19.94–$30.00/hour.
