  • Collaborate closely with sales and partner teams to shape technical strategy and drive complex opportunities forward.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and translate technical concepts into business-aligned outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to engineering and product teams based on customer needs and field insights.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal technical enablement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in systems engineering, network architecture, cybersecurity engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise networking technologies such as routing, switching, SDN, EVPN/VXLAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
  • Deep knowledge of security architectures including Zero Trust, NAC, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and segmentation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and hybrid networking architectures.
  • Strong automation skills using Python, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, or similar tools.
  • Proven success in customer-facing presales or consulting engineering roles in enterprise, service provider, or regulated environments.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for complex technical solutions.
  • Experience running workshops, technical engagements, and solution demonstrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with federal or DoD environments and Zero Trust transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based variable pay.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible remote/telework work environment.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Strong focus on professional development, certifications, and continuous learning.
