D2G Group is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily outbound shipping operations and help ensure customer orders are shipped accurately, efficiently, and on time.
This role serves as a key link between our warehouse, carriers, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment. Experience with LTL shipments, freight coordination, and shipping documentation is preferred.

What You'll DoMonitor incoming orders and emails for shipping requests, quote requests, special instructions, and order changes
Coordinate daily outbound shipments and ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule
Obtain freight quotes using carrier websites, freight tools, email, and phone communication
Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for LTL shipments and ensure proper shipment documentation
Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate same-day shipment processing whenever possible
Maintain shipment and pallet tracking logs for open, in-process, and completed orders
Communicate shipping instructions and priorities to warehouse team members
Follow up on missed pickups and communicate issues with carriers, management, and internal teams
Maintain the sales order dashboard and ensure orders are released and processed appropriately
Support safe and efficient warehouse operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Perform other duties as assigned
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based shipping tools
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently while collaborating with warehouse and customer service teams
Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
Ability to follow detailed instructions, department procedures, and safety requirements
Ability to obtain forklift certification
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, freight coordination, distribution, or warehouse operations preferred
Experience with LTL shipments, freight quoting, and Bills of Lading (BOLs) preferred
Experience coordinating carrier pickups and transportation activities preferred
Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance
Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 125 pounds with assistance
Regularly stand, walk, bend, twist, pull, and push throughout an 8-hour shift
Stable, full-time schedule
Monday–Friday workweek
