Description

What You’ll Do

As a Patient Care Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through every step of the process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Communicate directly with patients to explain the process and next steps
  • Collect and verify insurance information
  • Coordinate with physicians and insurance providers to obtain required documentation
  • Track orders and ensure timely approvals and fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Respond to patient and provider questions via phone, email, and fax
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling administrative tasks and documentation
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Interest in healthcare or medical device industry
