Position Title
E-Commerce Manager

Employment Status & Work Hours
Location: Everett, WA
Full-Time, Exempt, Monday to Friday

Position Summary
Are you an experienced E-Commerce professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead daily E-Commerce operations, support team development, and drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

In this role, you will oversee order management workflows, coach and develop team members, coordinate projects across departments, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operational performance. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with operational expertise, analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation & Benefits
● $100,000 to $110,000 (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do
● Manage day-to-day E-Commerce operations, including accurate and timely order entry, order processing, and workflow management.
● Monitor order flow and fulfillment processes to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Lead, mentor, and develop the E-Commerce team by setting clear expectations, tracking KPI performance metrics, and driving accountability.
● Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with supervisors and team members to provide coaching, feedback, and professional development support.
● Oversee onboarding and training for new employees, ensuring successful integration into systems, tools, and processes.
● Develop and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational documentation.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Production, and Logistics teams to support company initiatives and project execution.
● Coordinate timelines, priorities, and communication for new E-Commerce initiatives and operational projects.
● Identify and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and improve operational performance.
● Track and report key performance indicators, including order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and customer satisfaction metrics.
● Support the implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of E-Commerce platforms, integrations, and operational systems.
● Partner with Marketing to support digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, SEO, and social commerce initiatives.
● Collaborate with IT and development teams to prioritize website enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature implementations.
● Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey from website navigation through checkout and post-purchase support.
● Escalate operational or system-related issues to leadership as needed.

Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
● 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, operations leadership, order management, or a related field.
● Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams in a professional environment.
● Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth E-Commerce environment.
● Experience onboarding, coaching, and training employees.
● Hands-on experience with E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar systems.
● Experience working with ERP systems, order entry systems, or E-Commerce tools such as HubSpot, PrintIQ, or similar platforms.
● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
● Proficiency with Google Suite and AI tools.
● Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and E-Commerce growth initiatives.
● Experience improving operational workflows and implementing process efficiencies.
● Familiarity with customer journey optimization and website enhancement projects.

Travel Requirements
● Occasional local or overnight travel may be required for meetings, training, or company initiatives.
