Campaign Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Campaign Manager based in the United States.

As a Campaign Manager, you will lead influencer and social media campaigns for diverse enterprise clients, helping turn marketing objectives into measurable results. You will own day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted partner across complex campaign programs. Working alongside Account Directors, Campaign Associates, and agency leadership, you will shape strategies, manage execution, and ensure campaigns stay on track. The role combines client leadership, campaign operations, analytics, and team mentorship in a fast-moving environment. You will manage multiple accounts and workstreams while identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable insights. Your work will directly influence campaign performance, client satisfaction, and the continued evolution of influencer marketing programs.

Accountabilities:
  • Own day-to-day relationships with key clients, serving as the primary contact and trusted partner across campaign activity.
  • Develop and execute integrated influencer marketing strategies in collaboration with Account Directors, aligning objectives, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Translate client goals into effective influencer strategies spanning awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion.
  • Lead full-funnel campaign execution alongside Campaign Associates, providing guidance and maintaining strong execution throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Manage and mentor Campaign Associates, supporting their professional development and strengthening campaign delivery.
  • Maintain agreed service-level expectations and proactively communicate campaign insights, risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear reporting across relevant KPIs, from awareness through conversion.
  • Create and present polished, executive-level presentations that communicate campaign results and key recommendations effectively.
  • Partner with agency leadership to improve campaign processes, operational practices, and implementation approaches.
  • Support broader project management, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination across client and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and campaign workstreams simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture by sharing feedback, supporting colleagues, and contributing to collective success.
  • Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and execute consistently against established operational plans.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing clients, accounts, or external stakeholders in a professional services, agency, or marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and campaign management, with experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop and social commerce campaigns is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate concisely and present information confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability, with a willingness to identify and implement new ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal direction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is strongly preferred.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering a high standard of client service.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: Base salary of $75,000–$85,000, with eligibility for a bonus.
  • Comprehensive health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Remote work flexibility: Work remotely within the United States, with support for internet and home-office setup.
  • 401(k) plan: Retirement savings plan to support long-term financial goals.
  • Flexible PTO: Flexible paid time off to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Paid parental leave: Four months of fully paid parental leave for new parents.
  • Professional development: Customized training, coaching, career acceleration opportunities, and clearer career-development paths.
  • Education support: Annual education stipend to support continued learning and professional growth.
  • End-of-year break: Typically a company-wide closure between Christmas and New Year’s, subject to team workload and customer-support requirements.
  • Additional compensation: The overall compensation package may include additional benefits or equity depending on applicable factors and location.
  • Inclusive environment: Commitment to an equitable, welcoming workplace where individuals from diverse backgrounds can contribute and grow.
