This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on expanding how digital content connects with third-party platforms through APIs and integration technologies.
You will shape product strategy and go-to-market plans for API capabilities, partnerships, and emerging integration opportunities.
The role combines strategic product management with hands-on collaboration across technology, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
You will work directly with external partners and customers to understand needs, communicate roadmaps, and turn feedback into actionable product priorities.
A key area of ownership will be Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI), including LMS partnerships, alongside other integration-focused products and tools.

- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for APIs, strategic partnerships, integrations, and new or existing product tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and evolve an API roadmap aligned with customer needs, market expectations, and business priorities.
- Serve as a key business contact for third-party partners seeking to integrate content and technologies, assessing opportunities and articulating their potential business value.
- Develop and communicate stakeholder updates covering integration initiatives, partnerships, product roadmaps, and progress.
- Partner with Sales to develop training, messaging, and collateral that enable commercial teams to effectively position APIs, partnerships, and product capabilities.
- Participate in customer meetings, presenting product roadmaps, gathering feedback, and translating customer insights into product priorities.
- Define business requirements for future API capabilities, integration opportunities, and enhancements based on market and customer needs.
- Own product management for Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI), including LMS partnerships, roadmap development, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
- Build strong working relationships across Product Management, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Satisfaction teams.
- Support the evaluation and onboarding of future integration partners while ensuring product initiatives deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.
- 7+ years of professional Product Management experience, preferably with a strong track record of owning technology-enabled products or platforms.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers and translating customer feedback into product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of APIs and common API frameworks, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading or contributing to API strategy, third-party integrations, strategic partnerships, or similar initiatives is highly valued.
- Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies and bring new products, capabilities, or services from concept through market adoption.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence representing products and roadmaps in both internal forums and external customer or partner meetings.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions, build credibility with stakeholders, and align teams around shared priorities.
- Experience working with Learning Tools Interoperability, learning management systems, or education technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with the library industry, library workflows, and how libraries use digital research and information products is preferred.

- Salary: $136,715–$195,305 USD per year, with the final offer based on skills, qualifications, education, training, experience, and work location.
- Work flexibility: Remote work is available for candidates outside a 30-mile radius of designated hub offices.
- Hybrid option: Employees living within 30 miles of Ipswich, MA; Birmingham, AL; or Contoocook, NH are expected to work onsite one designated day per week for team collaboration.
