  • Build strong working relationships across Product Management, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Satisfaction teams.
  • Support the evaluation and onboarding of future integration partners while ensuring product initiatives deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.

  • Experience leading or contributing to API strategy, third-party integrations, strategic partnerships, or similar initiatives is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies and bring new products, capabilities, or services from concept through market adoption.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence representing products and roadmaps in both internal forums and external customer or partner meetings.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions, build credibility with stakeholders, and align teams around shared priorities.
  • Experience working with Learning Tools Interoperability, learning management systems, or education technology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the library industry, library workflows, and how libraries use digital research and information products is preferred.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a complex and evolving environment.
