The role focuses on submittals, shop drawings, construction documents, project records, and communication with project stakeholders.
You will work closely with project teams and subcontractors through email and calls to keep deliverables moving efficiently.

Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and proficiency with Procore will be essential to success.
It is a great opportunity for an experienced construction professional seeking long-term remote work and professional growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Review, track, and manage construction submittals and shop drawings to support project requirements and schedules.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders through calls and email to resolve questions and maintain project momentum.
  • Assist with general project management and construction coordination activities based on the needs of the assigned client.
  • Review project documentation and help ensure work remains aligned with project specifications, contractual requirements, and established timelines.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date project documentation and records using Procore.
  • Monitor outstanding items and coordinate follow-ups to help prevent delays and keep project deliverables on track.
  • Work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and take ownership of assigned tasks with minimal training or supervision.
  • Support clear communication and collaboration across project stakeholders while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a comparable construction position.
  • Solid professional background in the construction industry and familiarity with standard construction project workflows.
  • Practical knowledge of construction documents, submittals, shop drawings, project specifications, and related processes.
  • Required: Proficiency with Procore and experience using it to organize and manage project documentation.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to use spreadsheets for project tracking and organization.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding, training, or day-to-day supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence communicating with project teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong ownership mentality, reliability, adaptability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work remotely with the required equipment and a stable internet connection.
  • Minimum technical setup: Intel 11th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5000-series processor for Windows, or M2 processor for Mac.
  • Minimum 16 GB RAM.
  • Stable internet connection of approximately 25–50 Mbps or higher.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
Benefits
  • 100% remote work: Work from home with the flexibility and comfort of a fully remote environment.
  • Paid time off: 18 paid vacation days plus U.S. federal holidays.
  • Parental leave: Paid maternity/paternity leave of up to two months with 50% salary coverage after one year of employment.
  • Annual compensation adjustments: Two opportunities for salary increases each year—one on your work anniversary and another when annual salary ranges are updated.
  • Client Growth Bonus: Receive a $50 one-time reward for each new hire added to the business you support.
  • Dedicated Talent Coordinator: Receive ongoing guidance and support from a dedicated coordinator who serves as a liaison between you and your assigned company.
  • Professional growth: Opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term remote career.
  • People-first culture: A supportive environment where employee contributions and feedback are valued.
