  • Support the rollout and adoption of new or updated People systems, policies, and operational processes.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data and lifecycle transactions across the HRIS and related systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations, identify discrepancies and operational risks, and drive timely resolution.
  • Ensure assigned processes meet established SLAs, internal policies, controls, and applicable compliance requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, compliance reporting, and data requests by providing accurate documentation and records.
  • Prepare and review recurring and ad hoc People Operations reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Employee Services, HR Operations, or a related HR function.
  • Strong working knowledge of employee lifecycle management and core People Operations processes.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Darwinbox, ADP, or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting India People Operations, with additional experience or exposure to US and/or EOR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex employee and operational matters, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, including system enhancements, workflow optimization, and automation.
  • Comfortable adopting AI and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate data privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver against established timelines and SLAs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and making sound decisions within established policies and frameworks.
