Job Summary:

Hours: Monday - Wednesday 6AM-6PM

Pay: $21.63 - $29.75

All candidates that will be considered for hire must take and pass an aptitude test, a drug screen, physical and lift test:

• Pay rate is based on passing test score
• 1 hour timed test
• 1-year experience preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment of the production linePerform cleanings during set down times and product changeoversLoad/unload stacks and moves items as assignedSort, bundle and fill containers or place in assembled unitsMark or place identifying labels on product loads, ensuring that all finished product is coded properlyRecord movement of stock in and out of work areasAbility to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties Monitor materials, products and equipment at each step of the process and reports irregularities to supervisorMaintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict efficiencyEnsure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate formatUtilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processesFollow Good Manufacturing PracticesFollow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etcReport any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately Other duties assigned or required
