Process Implementation Specialist in PLEASANTON, California at HAULPASS LOGISTICS INC

Position Summary:

The Process Implementation Specialist coordinates the implementation of new software, systems, and operational workflows for HaulPass Logistics. This role develops implementation plans, evaluates existing processes, and supports employees through training and post-launch assistance. The position helps integrate changes into daily operations and measures their impact on efficiency and business performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Project Planning: Build detailed timelines, milestones, and resource plans for rolling out new processes or technical systems.

· Process Mapping: Study current workflows, spot gaps, and design optimized procedures that align with company goals.

· Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge the gap between technical teams and end users by translating complex requirements into clear instructions.

· Training and Adoption: Create user guides, run training sessions, and offer post-launch support to drive user confidence and engagement.

· Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, efficiency gains, and financial impact

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

· Experience coordinating multiple implementations or workflow improvement projects.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience providing updates to leadership.

· Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Familiarity with databases, software implementation, and business platforms, including software as a service (SaaS) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
