We're growing, and we'd love to hear from you. Roles in our Brisbane showroom open from time to time, from Client Advisors through to Showroom Managers, and we would love to know if you'd like to be considered when they become available. Our showrooms are different from traditional retail. They run by appointment only, so every client who walks through the door has booked time with us, often to choose an engagement ring, wedding bands or a milestone piece. Every role in the showroom contributes to making that moment meaningful and a moment they remember.

Roles that may come up:

• Client Advisor: host one-on-one consultations in person and online. Guide clients through design and customisation, prepare quotes and look after aftercare. Full-time and part-time opportunities may come up. Part-time roles are two to four days a week, including Saturdays and/or Sundays.
• Showroom Coordinator: keep the showroom running smoothly. Manage bookings, orders, stock, postage and aftercare, and support the team with day-to-day operations. Full-time role.
• Assistant Showroom Manager: lead the team alongside the Showroom Manager. Coach Client Advisors, run the daily roster and step in to lead the showroom when needed. Full-time role.
• Showroom Manager: lead the showroom. Build and develop your team, drive performance against targets and set the standard for an exceptional client experience. Full-time role.

Availability:
Weekend availability is essential for most roles. Full-time roles include one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday, depending on the role. Tell us your preferred days when you apply.
