As a Production Associate – 1st Shift, you will play an important role in supporting daily production operations while helping maintain the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and workplace safety.

In this role, you will:

Follow all company policies, safety standards, and production proceduresPerform job duties while meeting expectations for quality, safety, and production efficiencyWork in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment alongside a dedicated teamSupport different departments as needed based on production and staffing demandsAssist with maintaining a safe, productive, and high-quality work environment

To be considered, candidates should have:

A strong and stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitmentPrevious poultry production experience OR food manufacturing experience preferred6–12 months of consistent work history required
