Job Title: Youth Care Worker
Reports to: Unit Supervisor I and/or II
Job Summary:
The Youth Care Worker is responsible for providing direct care and supervision to children at A Kid’s Place, ensuring their safety, well-being, and growth. This role fosters positive relationships with youth, teaches life skills, and implements behavior management techniques to create a stable and enriching experience. Additionally, the Youth Care Worker maintains confidentiality, assists with daily living activities, and collaborates with other staff to support individualized service plans.

Shifts are designed to maintain 24-hour operations in a residential facility. This position is full-time with the shift Sunday through Thursday, 3 PM - 11 PM. Shift differentials include an additional $1/hour for 3 PM - 11 PM shifts.
