  • Conduct performance and account reviews to identify actionable opportunities and drive operational improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous QA of metrics, reports, and reporting logic

  • Serve as a trusted analytics partner to internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Contribute to mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the analytics function
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in analytics, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations roles
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes (billing, claims, denials, A/R, payment posting)
  • Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity data model, ideally within Resolute Hospital Billing environments
  • Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, aggregations, and scalable query design
  • Experience working with Snowflake, relational databases, and BI tools such as Power BI
  • Ability to translate complex operational data into clear, decision-ready insights
  • Strong experience presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and client-facing audiences
  • High attention to detail with strong independent judgment and prioritization skills
  • Preferred: Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification, T-SQL/stored procedures, and data modeling experience
  • Preferred: prior client-facing analytics, mentoring, or service delivery experience
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: $65,478 – $96,885 per year (US-based)
  • Annual bonus eligibility (target 10%)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement savings programs and financial wellness support
  • Paid time off and holiday programs
  • Inclusive workplace with strong focus on employee well-being and development
  • Opportunities for career growth in a data-driven healthcare environment
  • Collaborative, cross-functional work culture with exposure to client-facing analytics
