Office Manager – General Dental Practice
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus Available!

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead and develop our growing general dental practice. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on coaching others, creating a positive team culture, and driving operational excellence through strong communication, accountability, and follow-through.
The right candidate will be passionate about patient care, committed to developing team members, and skilled at keeping priorities on track while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Schedule
Patient Care Hours:
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: Administrative Day
- Dedicated time for team development, planning, reporting, training, and office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily office operations and team performance
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and exceptional patient service
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees to reach their full potential
- Ensure consistent follow-through on office priorities, systems, and goals
- Support providers in delivering an outstanding patient experience
- Oversee scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial arrangements
- Manage insurance claims, payment posting, and patient/insurance A/R
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for growth
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
Qualifications
- Previous dental office management experience required (general dentistry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid and commercial dental insurance
- Experience managing insurance claims, A/R, payment posting, and collections
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and execute
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to build trust, foster accountability, and create a positive workplace culture
