This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Coordinating Manager based in Brazil.
This role sits at the center of fast-paced, field-driven operations, ensuring seamless coordination between project teams, clients, and technical field staff. You will oversee daily project scheduling, execution, and reporting while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency across multiple concurrent workstreams. Acting as both an operational leader and client-facing point of contact, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, accurately, and in compliance with internal standards. The position requires strong organizational ability, technical understanding of field and laboratory workflows, and confidence managing high-pressure environments. You will also contribute to client satisfaction through clear communication, issue resolution, and service guidance. This is a highly dynamic role with significant ownership over coordination performance and team output in a remote-first setting.
- Oversee the daily operations of the project coordination and field teams, ensuring efficient scheduling, task allocation, and timely project completion across multiple concurrent assignments.
- Act as the main liaison between internal teams, field technicians, laboratories, and clients, ensuring clear communication of project status, results, and deliverables.
- Manage client inquiries, provide guidance on results, support pricing discussions, and contribute to proposals and service delivery alignment.
- Monitor operational performance, prioritize workloads, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met under high-volume conditions.
- Supervise, train, and support team members, including cross-training initiatives to ensure operational continuity and redundancy.
- Review, validate, and approve reports, documentation, and deliverables prior to client submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify process improvements and support the development of more efficient workflows across coordination and field operations.
This role requires proven experience in operational coordination, project management, or field services environments, ideally within environmental, industrial, laboratory, or technical services sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining precision and composure in high-pressure situations. You should be confident leading teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring accountability across distributed workflows. Strong communication skills are essential, particularly in client-facing interactions and cross-functional coordination. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning specialized operational systems is expected. A background in environmental services, industrial hygiene, or related technical fields is highly valued, along with the ability to interpret and explain technical or scientific information clearly. A bachelor’s degree is required.
