This role is designed for an early-career growth marketer who wants hands-on exposure to full-funnel go-to-market execution across inbound, outbound, and content-led channels. You will support fast-moving campaigns for global clients while learning how modern growth teams operate in a performance-driven environment. The position offers strong exposure to prospecting tools, social media distribution, and experimentation across multiple acquisition channels. You will contribute directly to lead generation efforts, helping shape outreach strategy and campaign performance. Working in a fully remote setup, you will collaborate with international teams operating across different time zones. This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in growth marketing while working in a structured, learning-oriented environment.
You will support day-to-day growth and marketing execution across inbound and outbound initiatives, contributing to lead generation and campaign performance in a structured, remote environment:
- Assist in executing inbound marketing activities, including content creation, social media posting, and basic SEO support
- Support outbound prospecting efforts by building lead lists, assisting with outreach sequences, and managing follow-ups
- Contribute to content distribution across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other digital channels
- Track campaign performance metrics and help prepare regular reporting on results and insights
- Participate in growth experiments and go-to-market initiatives alongside the broader marketing team
This role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional eager to build foundational experience in growth marketing, outbound sales support, and digital campaigns:
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales development, growth, or related fields
- Strong interest in inbound, outbound, and content-driven acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or strong willingness to learn quickly
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
